Cold Knocking

In my opinion the most expensive lead out there is the one you pay for with time.

There ain't nothing free. Door knocking is replacing a cash investment for sweat equity. If anyone watches the show Mountain Men on cable you know the old boy in North Carolina is spending hours doing hard backbreaking work that you could get done with modern equipment in a few minutes. We all pay the price somewhere, someway.

Here is how I organize my list in case anyone is interested. One can get a lot of targeted knocks this way.

I now have a job that allows me to pay my bills and leaves me about 400/mth to my business so I can do a little of both :)

That is a very good position to be in. I for one believe that selling is much easier when then is no pressure to sell.;)

Not really.. Unless you are using passive income or an inheritance, you are paying with time because it takes time to earn the money you are using to pay.

I'm totally fine with that. I'll make my money back eventually. Also, I'd rather do this line of work over warehouse work, which is what I use to do when I was younger.

I just finished putting my list in order for tomorrow. I've got roughly 75 doors locked into my GPS. I'll report tomorrow night how the day went.[/QUOTE]

how's it going Pony? I door knock and average about 50 doors per app. if your averaging 600ap for every 10 doors that's damn good.

Is it 10 answered doors ? 10 answered and you speak to the potential client? Or just 10 no matter whether anyone answers or not?
