Door Knocking DM Leads

Looking at almost all of the larger IMOs training sites, there's really nothing new or all that effective posted.
I'm just wondering if they're making money on churning leads? Seems to me to be a very simple and lucrative way to generate revenue, particularly with newly signed agents.

That's one of the first lessons. The agencies that recruit heavily on all the job sites are looking for green pea agents who don't know what commission levels they should get, what leads cost or that they should be concerned about releases in case things don't work out.

It's a lesson many agents never recover from.

I like to door knock my DM leads. I do find myself finding lots of the leads not home. I use a rout planner, hit them all then backtrack for the day.

Just curious if there is a better way to get more presentations done in a day? I seem to only get 0 to 2 or three in a day.

Thanks for any advice!

Whether door knocking or phoning for appointments, some days work better than others.

I've had days where EVERYONE was home, and EVERYONE let me in.

I had another day where I knocked 21 doors straight and no one answered; I chalk that up to the black dress pants and white shirt I was wearing (haha).

Point is, results WILL vary; the key is to keep hitting the doors as frequently as possible.

And, like some others have said, I've had the best door knocking results after 2PM; I remember Andrew Fike at Equita always said his best results were after 2 in the afternoon.

Lastly, here's a door knocking training video I did with my perspective on how I door knock and how I train agents to do so.
