Weekend Lead Generation / Sales Testing . . .

We've done this before - so, not a big learning curve.

We now have the technology to ensure the team goes where they say and knocks what they say they knock.

But - management will be required - but, not that big a deal.

Thanks for nice comment as well . . .
Good luck Tom! I wish you well! You may have found a system that no telesales company has adopted yet, let us know how it goes!

Thanks Hakeem - we'll see if it works.

The lead company part should create as much profit as the insurance side. The insurance side will provide the residual income via the renewals . . . I'll be in my 60's by then - hope I'm healthy enough to spend them :)

I'm a little confused here...I think. So you are selling the leads to the agents or are you giving them to the agents? Not sure how you can make a profit on the leads unless you are selling them.

So, if I'm understanding correctly now, you are selling leads to your agents that are on 50% contracts?

I don't know about you, but me personally, I don't want to be canvassing in 100 degree heat in the south.

I think the Agents will be interested IF we can deliver quality leads for them to make plenty of sales in a climate controlled environment and make it fun . . .

Never expect those working for you to do something you aren't willing to do.

Glad I'm not the only one. I can only assume he means he is discounting the commission more than the cost of providing leads? If so, he still really only getting override, just a bigger one.

We won't charge the Agents for the leads. They already pay for them with reduced contracts - 50% to 75%.

Our subsidiary lead company sells leads to our Call Center. We anticipate that to be $40 / $50 per lead.

Keep in mind - we are 100% captive. An agent can't have any Life appointments except through us. But they are free to leave at anytime with a non-circumvent agreement.

We'll be a small shop - not trying to become a SL or OLA.

That's why I personally did the test last weekend. To see the process from start to finish . . .

No way I'm D2D on a Saturday afternoon in south Georgia in July or August . . . That's why I also have the lead division.

Correct . . . Carrier will pay out 50% and we will pay out the Bonuses. Agents can earn up to 75% base - but the increase up to the 25% will be paid by us as earned each month. No way I'm getting burned by debt rollup this time around . . .

Plenty of overhead we have to pay. Going to start small and if we grow - we grow.
